It's been my privilege to work with Graham and been trained by him during my
apprenticeship at Forest Hill BT exchange from early 1980s.

He also contributed to the busy working day with his humour and wit.                                                                                      Graham would challenge himself with a number of crossword puzzles.
Often he would read out clues to get the rest of us to engage.

Graham, Robin Miles and myself moved on separately to other areas of the business, at the time of network modernization that led to the introduction of new technology at BT around the late 1980's early 1990's.

It was good that we remained in contact after leaving Forest Hill, where Graham would arrange drink ups for us as he applied his local pub knowledge from the surrounding area.

Graham achieved 40 years service and left the company.


We will all remember him in our hearts.
